I read the review in the SF Chronicle. and they said there are a few changes from the book like how Harry got involved in the competition even though he didn't want to be in it. I think there a few other ones. heres a link.

Yeah the weasley twins are hilarious. The movie was good. But it was a dissappointment for me. They left all the cool stuff out!!! Like the monsters in the maze, and they changed waaay too much. It just didn't do the story justice. And they left out the 1000 galleons Harry got for winning the tournament. That is key, because he gives it to the weasley twins to fund their joke shop! How do they expect to get away with that! And in this movie Dumbledore was mean! He's never mean! He's never clueless either! Yet they portayed him as a bumbling idiot in this movie!
Anyway, I'm done ranting. I think one of the funniest parts was when Harry was in the bathtub, and Myrtle visists him. That was hilarious.
Well Jimenem, when i read the review the director wanted to focus on the characters growing up and reaching puberty and its changes. I do agree that is a shame with what they left out(though i never read the books) but maybe they'll put those scenes in the DVD. Plus I am sure Rowling gave her seal of approval on how to have the movie protrayed.

Your right, but the stuff I don't like was mostly the changes they showed, not the stuff they left out. Like the way dumbledore acted in the movie perturbed me. But it was by far the best movie yet. . ... reguardless.
The first movie was the best in my opinion, because that was the most magical. We'd never seen Hogwarts before and it was like, "Wow, I want to be there!" I've seen all of the first 3. I'm thinking about going to see the 4th, but I don't know...

I want to see it... someone take me. I could either go with Chad... and I already have him reserved(lol) for The Chronicles of Narnia and Fun with Dick and Jane, ...and the other dude I'd ask to take me... always gets the wrong idea. And girls are so moody I can't get along with them. UGH. If I had a car and a job I think my problem would be solved

ya i don't like how they portayed dumboldore this time around. ans to add to that they had to use a different actor because the original guy passed away. very sad!
