No they give Blimp awards every year. This belt is going to be part of his gift basket. They give gift baskets to all the celebs that are attending. They are like goody bags that you get at a birthday party but these baskets are worth thousands of dollars. Since they are making Jim a basket than that means he is going to be there. I don't think they give them to the people that don't attend. Thanks Jimliker for the info!

yeah i know. im guessing becasue you live in LA and so there are lots of oppertunities. i live in newmarket, ontario (Jim's birthplace) and so he never comes here for any events or anything.
