I've definitely thought about it. I actually started a topic/poll in the Speakeasy section a while back called Jim Carrey Fan Gathering 2006 to see what fans thought of meeting each other, and the possibility of getting Jim involved somehow. We never really figured out the Jim part, unfortunately. We're also spread out very far geographically, which makes things hard. But individuals who live close to each other or are willing to travel can meet up from time to time, I'm sure. As for me, I can handle a Toronto get-together just about anytime, since it's not too far for me (and it's Jim's hometown!) or if Jim has a premiere or something where he's going to be appearing in front of the general public, I think I could be persuaded to take a trip down to L.A. to catch him in the flesh... <shiver>... sorry, just imagined that for a moment and I actually got goosebumps... :oops:

I've thought of meeting Alyonushka,Fluffy,Quirky,Cotton,Laura,Eskarpin,Jimenem,Maverick and some others-it would be fun, but it would have to be at Jims crib... :lol:

And I'd be the host and Jim would be the D.J.. :lol:

Hee-hee it would be so awesome if there was a huge gathering of fans all across the world and Jim was there! ..... we can dream.. i think its good meeting new people that you know you will have a connection with.. i dont really have any friends i can chat to about Jim. all boring farts lol!! :lol:
