Hey anyone heard of Flip?

When I was younger there was no Jim Carrey to entertain the masses. Jim was being entertained by a comedian named Flip Wilson. .......a very, very funny person.....I loved Geraldine and her, what you see is what you get attitude......




Anyone else remember Flip?

I remember shortly before my father died, he rented "Dorf Goes Fishing."

Tim Conway has been funny in the past....but Dorf bit. It bit the really big bite. Not funny ... not at all...and so I felt terrible for my father...he'd never ordered anything from the TV before and he deserved to laugh..it was such a crushing disappointment for me.

My Dad and I used to watch the Flip Wilson Show religiously!

"What you see is what you get!" And I loved Geraldine and her stories about her man, "Killer"

Martin Lawrence is a rip-off of Flip Wilson in my book.
