it seems a really peaceful and calming technique..........very Eastern.....but so many eastern things are really calming i guess..........

yeah, i'd love to be sitting cross legged in the early sun....the air heavy with the scent of magnolia.........a cool breeze wafting across my face doing yoga outside...........that would be awesome..........but it's hard here.......the duffle coat and wellies get in the way......... :lol:

I remember learning it, but I have a question...how much of the day can you do it? Does it become where you breathe that way all the time? It does seem like it takes a lot of practice....and from a sensible stand point it makes sense because you need to breathe in through your nose because it filters the air, and not out. It's hard for me to do unless I really concentrate, and I had sinus problems when I was younger so I used to breathe through my mouth, but not on purpose, because of allergies....
