Jim Carrey will be hosting an episode of 'Saturday Night Live' next month. It was revealed yesterday for the audience when he was taping 'Inside the Actors Studio' in New York City. Jim will be back for the second time as host since 1996 and his uncredited appearance in 2003 with the Foo Fighters. NBC hasn't commented or confirmed this interesting info. But it makes sense that he will be on in January since "I Love You Phillip Morris" goes wide on January 7 across the nation. We hope to bring more news with the exact day and musical guests soon. -- With big thanks to Gina G.

I heard Netflix is streaming every episode of SNL since 1975. Hopefully I should watch that 1996 episode before I see the 2011 episode!

What are the chances that Chris Kattan and Will Ferrell make a guest appearance so they can bring back the Roxbury guys?

Night at the Roxbury? That would be a trip down memory lane.
I wonder if he'll do his skit with the Lifeguard in the hottub.
Better yet...a kiddie pool, lol.

It gets pretty steamy in there, sometimes so much you never know what's going on until you "Walk right In"
He may be able to do something with that one

I think that Jim's energy with today's SNL cast would really be something!

I hate how they make it sound like his acting career has gone downhill the past few years. I don't think it has.

as he goes.
I think Jim's doing pretty well He can now be more selective on what he does. Why not, sounds like a good plan
I think he loves a challenge.

i've wondered here for years if he missed the creative freedom and process of his past comedy/sketch stuff, so i'm pleased to see he's not lost those creative juices.......except for the rotten fact that we don't get SNL here.............gggrrrrrrrr.....lol

I agree with you Happygal... I don't think for a moment his career is slipping my goodness look at all he has already done "WOW" and look and his Better U Foundation he is always busy. I think he is just like the rest of us and likes a little time for himself and his family sometimes whats the use to work all the time if you don't get to enjoy your rewards??? He is so talented there is no telling what he will do next then again he may just work a while and play a while that's balance I think..... lol Jim Carrey Is The Man.......
