Totally true....I'm much more into character and intelligence these days....although it's the whole package really, but I really like a good conversation.....I think when sparks fly it starts in the mind...of course this isn't happening in my life....but that's what I'd like to happen

lol..........do you think men think like that too??.........or do they just look for the physical and the intellectual comes a poor second.........??
i know that some men find a smart funny girl threatening somehow......as if we are a challenge to their manhood..........lol........
but i just can't bring myself to be the dumb bird............lol.........
Ex boyfriends liked the sparring element.......but are they the minority??......i dunno??..............

I don't know what most men think....but I know one thing....they are all different....I had a experience at least once trying to join in with the 'guys', these were men at school, work, etc and they can act differently in a group ( and I say some men ), and they start all kinds of strange behaviors, I guess its the male bonding thing....you know the 'no smart girls' allowed thing, they only want quiet girls who don't add anything or someone's girlfriend might be in ...they can be threatened by females....I only say this because I saw it recently....but I don't think most men are like that....now I've said too much

But to answer your question Fluffy, no I don't think most men want just a beautiful, dumb girl.....but I don't care, because who would want them anyway? That's just the definition of a low-class person that's all, and although they are out there, it wouldn't be anyone I would be interested in. I think we need to think positive, and not assume that at all. There are plenty of sensitive men out there who apprieciate a beautiful AND intellegent female, don't you think? They aren't any different than us I believe, and I think they want the same things.

lol............i'm not 'one of the boys' .........not really......i'm far too much of a girl for that ..........i like the difference in the sexes.........but i get what you say about girls being quiet ...........some of them almost simper.......which can be a bit nauseating.........although i've nothing against folk who are naturally quiet...........
and yeah.............i don't know what men think either..........lol.....if only they were more honest and up front...........lol

Part of the reason I'm still single is my fault entirely. I'm sure that I can seem very closed off to men. It's something I'm working on.

But don't you also think it's totally healthy for guys to go out like that?

I mean, we women like to get together and shoot the breeze, too.
