My father passed away last Friday...

I'm really SO sorry for your loss Wonderbunny!! I know exactly how you feel as I lost my dad in a caraccident the 22nd of September 2001!! Life certainly feels totally unfair when something like that happens, especially when there wasn't even a single chance to say goodbye!!! I'm sure your dad is watching down on you from heaven now! And you know what? Eventhough it feels horrible for you now, time will ease the pain, yet at times it feels unbelievable that it will of course! It took many years for me to deal with the pain myself, but somehow I can really feel that he's with me and the rest of our family! It truly feels that he's our guardian angel now (and I just know he's free from pain and that's also wonderful to know). There's just so many unexplainable things that has happened after he has passed away, true little blessings popping up here and there, so I don't doubt for a second that he has something to do with that!! And that also makes missing him so much easier! It's true what Kim Appleby said in the 90's about losing her sister to cancer; "Out of sight, but never out of heart and mind!" But sometimes the words don't come easily at all; that's why I I truly agree on what's said on this webcard;
