...and a well connected one!

I had my photo taken with Level 42 when I was 17. :P Unfortunately, I've no idea where said pics are now.
And I had my photo taken with Mickey Mouse in Disneyland!

Jim and I sat at the same table at a fundraiser in the 80's (I'm pretty sure it was him) The band was wonderful.

George Bush was in my best friends living room (I had to pause on that one)

John Denver

And a lot of tech wonders from the silicon valley.

I think it's really interesting to find out just who people have met...it really is a small world.
My son is blessed by having a wonderful Dad who can share these moments with him...he respects that, they have raised over $20,000.00 for charity, makes me proud. 8)

the only person that i have met that is famous is kentucky joe from survivor 2, his real name is rodger bingham, the way i met him was he came to my school my senior year of school, our theme was survivor, and he came to talk about his time on survivor 2 and about what the senior class could espect in the future. i did get to talk to him and i got an autograph from him.

my dad came very close to metting tim mcgraw, it was back when tim mcgraw was just getting big with the indian outlaw song, my dad was working at these truck washing place, and one night tim mcgraw's tour bus came in to get a wash, tim was inside it sleeping, so my dad got to wash his tour bus while tim was inside sleeping. tim never came out of the tour bus, but his tour manger gave my dad and the other guys working that night an autograph picture that tim had signed for his fans at the next tour stop.

Well it wasn't a good experience. He came to my high school to give a lecture and nobody paid any attention to him. The boys were goofing off and the girls were putting on make up and doing each others hair. I felt bad for the old drunk. He took the time to come to our school and everybody ignored him. Well anyway during his speech he noticed what was going on and yelled at us and walked out of the school.
