Jim Carrey & Ben Schwartz Presenting at The Game Awards

The Game Awards honor achievement in the video game industry. Yesterday, they gathered at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles for the ceremony, which was transmitted live through several streaming websites, including YouTube.
Both Jim Carrey and Ben Schwartz were present to introduce to the world the trailer for "Sonic the Hedgehog 2"!
Ben walked in and jokes about the input people gave to his character design in the first (failed) trailer and even showed up with a cd, that was supposed to have the trailer. Another joke since cd's are not used as much anymore.
Jim Carrey though, was a surprise. He wasn't physically at the ceremony but left a video. As usual, he was hilarious, making the crowd laugh at his "scottish grandfather" advice impression:
Hello everyone and hello Ben. I am sorry I couldn't be there with you. But I look forward meeting all of your avatars in the meta verse, so we really get to know eachother. Hey before you see the this exciting new Sonic trailer, I would like to pass on a word of advice that my scottish grandfather gave to me when I was just a boy. He said: Son, don't grate it in the grinder. Don't do it son! Don't grate in the grinder boy. Grate it, by word means grate it til the cows come home. But don't grate in the grinder. And drive the point home, his hands are around my neck and he squeezed real hard, he said: DON'T DO IT SON, DON'T GRATE IT IN THE GRINDER. ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME, BOY? ARE YOU LISTENING?
