Kick-Ass 2 - Filming has begun!

In the last few weeks the production of the movie "Kick-Ass 2" has been working hard to prepare for the first day of shooting. Seems like everyone is as excited as the fans, to finally see the 2nd Volume of the Kick Ass Comic, coming to life.
Both, the creator of the comic, Mark Millar and the director of the movie Jeff Wadlow have been constantly twitting and sharing details of the production with all the fans.
The director in particular has even tease our curiosity but showing pics of some of the costumes and props of the set:
And even a sneak peek at whoever that may play the character 'Mother Russian', has been showed, has Chris Mintz-Plasse (Motherfucker) meet his future bodyguard:
The filming started this last Friday, September 7th, as the director announced in his twitter:
The production is set to stay in Toronto for the next 16 days and then move to New York for some weeks before they return to London in October for a few more shoots.
There's no word yet as when Jim Carrey will start shooting. But hopefully it won't take long for us to find out.
