First look at "A Christmas Carol"
22 Jul 2007 By Ryan Al-Hakim (Web correspondent)
As we know Jim Carrey has signed on to star as Ebenezer Scrooge and the three ghosts in Robert Zemeckis' remake of the Dickens classic "A Christmas Carol". But who else is starring in the film?
Well, it has emerged that Zemeckis has formulated a wish list of stars hed love to see participate in the film. His A list.
The stars on the dream team include the likes of Tom Hanks to play Bob Cratchit, Christopher Lloyd to portray Marley's Ghost and Michael J. Fox as the voice of Tiny Tim. Of course in order for these stars to get involved, Disney has to meet their financial requests, which as yet has not been confirmed or denied as a possibility.
No doubt if these names get involved in production the profile of the film as a whole will grow greatly, which is never a bad thing.

Zemeckis, having worked on the top films such as "The Polar Express" is no stranger to making great films, and this project has the potential to also go down as a fantastic film, if not only because of the cast involved.
"A Christmas Carol" is supposedly slated to come out in the Holiday 2009 slot.
