Hmmm, I'm thinki...sorry pondering...about the art of management. Mark and I have just been debating it (and we're still friends which is handy!). Should a good manager lead from the front and show by example....or should a good manager utilise the 'art of delegation' and stand back from the front line a bit........

It's not exciting.....but I'm wondering.....

Hm. I was just watching some hockey earlier. The puck is REALLY small. I would want a bigger puck. Our local team is the Mallards. The Mallards. Isn't that intimidating??? Whooooo....here come the MALLARDS!

lol...........now hockey to me takes place outside, in the pouring rain, on a muddy field...............with small round hard balls that crack your shins........and it's played by rabid crazy schoolgirls or big hairy blokes.......
at least it was in my day....... :wink:

Stop, stop.....you are bringing back awful memories from my school days....of being stood on the all-weather pitch....freezing to death.......with a stick I didn't know what to do with.......running about like a nutter....failing to hit the ball everytime........the shame. :oops:
