Velveeta, not bad; I happen to sort of like Spam too. Actually any cheese is a masterpiece. I am a chubby girl at heart, and cheese always sounds yummy! I think its a texture thing, especially if I'm needing comfort food. Hot Velveeta/chili dip is good too, with nacho chips as an hors' d'eourve.

Today I went to Walmart and they had a whole section full of Velveeta bricks unrefridgerated. Doesn't Velveeta have to be in the refridgerator???
