"Proud"
Alot of guys say
"Ya,I got this scar from ?,
this one from ?, and this one....)
?=whatever is was
We gals can say " this stretch is
From #1, these varicous veins from
#2&3. Etc"
We should b more proud
Of our life battle scars

For some
Pain increases with age
Eg arthritis, teeth problems,
Higher Chance of strain, sprains
What u use to do at 30
Now over 50 hurts
Ive decided
I dont like the aging process

lol......my eyes have gotten worse over the last year, i sometimes need reading glasses now but it's my own fault for reading so much...it's a fair trade off.... :D  :D
i like the wisdom i have now, i wouldn't go back to my 20's for anything. I think being a woman in her 40's is very empowering. If i need or want anything i can pretty much make it happen and i'm now beyond feeling shy or nervous when i meet important people. A great smile can open a lot of doors.

I forgot about eyes and ears
My ears itch so much more
