i've come round to think that introspection is all well and good but if it's done too much it's not good for us. Better to go with the flow, accept issues and sort them as they appear and learn from them but too much introspection and reflection is like picking at an old wound.

its true how many times in our lives loved ones even especially would say to us, I know you, and for me i would say, are you kidding
i dont even know myself how can you know me..becuase we always change, every 10 years or so, but inside we are the same but different, its complicated, you can know a person think you know a person, and even actucally know a person, till they decide that they dont want you to know them, its a protection against the breaking of something we hold dear to us, more than feelings, its our heart,
so i dont like if someone who is mean to me or has broken my heart to say, i know you, that to me is a red flag zone thing,,,i will make sure they never get to know me, but if someone truly treats you right and doenst hurt you then yes you will know me, cuz i will alow you to..does that make sence, my heart is skipping beats now i gotta go drink some wa wa..ciao NONM unless i let SONM peace n LUVE
