OLYMPIC GAMES IN RUSSIA

Postby Canadian Jayne » Fri Feb 07, 2014 5:14 pm

Opening ceremonies will commence
very soon for the Olympics
Should be excellent
Looking forward
to learning
about the
Culture of this
amazing country
I remember learning Russian
dancing in our high school class
I think many Canadians do.
Go for the Gold in the Games
May we all wave our flag victoriously

A HUGE congratulations to all the Scottish lassies in the team GB curling team who bagged the bronze.......and best of luck to the blokes who are up against Canada in the Gold/Silver battle....... :D =D> =D> =D> =D>
(ps, Curling is one of Scotlands national sports as it was invented here, along with golf, hence the fact that all the UK teams are Scottish....i don't really care for it but i totally respect the time and effort involved in training to competition level  )

All we can ask from any of the atheletes
is to do their best
It's important to realize this is about
the teams and people and how they work together
It's humble gratitude for health and
strength to do their best
:D :lloyd:
Well done to all participants
