Sanity Situation

I think I've lost my mind. Seriously. Here's why;

Everywhere I go, any time and any place, I see Jim. I'm hallucinating, I know I am. I feel like I'm trying to catch smoke with my bare hands. I don't know if it's a sign or what. I mean, I feel like I can hear him. Talking to me. Comforting me. But I know he's not there.

What should I do?

lol there's nothing in the air that's causing this. I'm not on any medication

Why don't you just write it out in a journal.
That way, you can ask questions and if you get a
response write it in your journal.
Or write down what you see and feel, that way if you go for help,
