I still can't find the 9th, but if anyone needs any help finding the first 8 I'll give hints ;)

The eye-buttom leads to a window with Partners. (Lunchables, RIF, Yahooligans, Lemony Snicket, Sunny Delight).

And a few other changes!! :?

Cool. I have all of the nine eyes. But of course it took me awhile to find them. They are now a huge wallpaper on my desktop. All nine eyes are staring at me. *Shivers* :o
