I don't really care for a lot of today's music, except for rock of course. All today's music is just about sex, and that gets really annoying.

I love the older stuff like Queen and Aerosmith. There's a lot of other bands too, but those are my top favorites.

No offence, but it just makes no sense saying "music sucks these days". There has always been music that sucks and music that rocks. That was the case 100 years ago and still is now. There are the commercial successes (good and bad) and there are the less known artists (good and bad). If someone says ALL music sucks right now, that person isn't listening at the right things ...

Imo.

Wow I mean look Lady gaga just say let's have sex in her songs
and Justin Bibber just say be my girl friend to a girl that's like 4 years older than him

trust my in m school sometimes I feel like losing my mind because all the kids are singing all songs that say very disturbing things I had not hear one kid sing any songs that are not disturbing
so that's why I lissten to songs from the 60s that's when msic was alve

You do have a point; some music is repetitive and just down.....annoying. But some songs are pretty good. I thought that Mylie Cyrus' "the climb" had great lyrics. I like Lady GaGa's "bad romance" but I'm always open to different types of music.

If I could basically figure out what genre i would listen to would be 90's grunge: Nirvana, Seven Mary Three, Collective Soul bands like that. My husband and I have a huge collection volume of songs from the 90's.

I love techno (Darude, Infernal, Ian Van Dol, ATB), country, r&b, and lots of genres.

It's all about what you are into.

I'm really tired of the music that's on the radio right now, especially hits radio. Either all the music sounds like electro-pop or it sounds like The Script songs.

I'm a big Britney Spears fan and I hope that when she comes out with a new album she changes the music scene like she did with In The Zone in 2003, music wise
