any good remedies to make the pain go away? I'm desperate! I've massaged it and it's not working. I don't what else to do. Help!

ibuprofen.......sounds like a muscular spasm.......take 2 ibuprofen and 2 paracetamol together.........don't worry they don't do the same thing so
it's ok to take them together.......alternately try voltarol gel.....you rub it in..........hope that helps..........

thank you! haven't tried it yet, but I need to go to the store to get the paracetamol and the voltarol gel. I tried Tylenol. it didn't do anything for me. Thanks though!

I have been told by about 4 drs to never take tylenol for pain. They always tell me to take motrin or advil

fluffy, where do you buy paracetamol and voltarol gel? just curious.

oh! no wonder! she's (Fluffy's) from SCOTLAND! yeah, I see now. I feel like an idiot looking for that in the stores today! I went to Walgreens, CVS, RiteAid, Kroger, Publix, and everywhere! hahaha. I'll keep looking I guess!

Sometimes if it is back related just going into a warm pool and relaxing helps, I find the pulsing waves relax me and help my back, but make sure it's just a calm wave not really surging. Or relax out in the pool, but stay in the shade, you can get headaches from heat stroke too.
