Wonderful thought, Nicky, but I didn't know I was going to wander into the corral when I went on my walk...If I visit him tomorrow I'll do just that.

Speaking of apples... there's an apple pie just out of the oven at the house ...probably for 'the boys' when they return from the drive. They work hard. I, however, am still trying find my place in the midst of it all. More time...

I wonder if he has a name. If not, I'll give him one tomorrow. For now, I'll call him friend... He let me run my fingers through his mane...tangles. Wish I had a brush. Good boy. I love horses...
The boys are back. One of them has laid his saddle on the fence...

...and he's just pointing me out to my other new friend. I still feel awkward. I never know what to say. Just my luck, huh?

Still... I enjoy his company. He's one of the Rancher's sons. This'd all be his one day. At least, that seems to be his father's plan. I wonder what he wants...

Seeing as the Hollywood writers are all on strike and they keep running the same reruns every day... I'll just amuse myself ...and anyone else that wants to run along with it~enjoy.
