It was Charlie Kaufman’s turn to meet the audience this morning.

With a good sense of humor, the scriptwriter of “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” denied the rumor saying that he’s a tormented and mysterious artist. At the end of this gripping meeting, Charlie Kaufman confessed he was interested in directing movies.

«Heights », which was screened this morning, does not compete anymore for technical reasons. “Heights” is a dramatic comedy that describes the relationships within a group of New Yorkers living in an artsy kind of world. With this first feature film, the 28 year old director Chris Terrio offers a great role to Glenn Close, who will be paid a tribute tonight.
