I don’t know
If the E Musker realizes
That
If war did happen
Many companies are kind of conscripted
Into assisting with war efforts
In other words
The companies had to adapt to
Assisting in the war effort for their country
That is when a State of War is declared
Assist now or a company
Can be forced to do so later
Those are the only two options
