well, it is about health. cut out the sweets and junk food, eat three meals a day, no snacking in between and start fasting after seven o'clock/dinner.
also the 7 grain breads are better to eat than regular bread.
lots and lots of exercise. Try to do some exercise every day.
also, if you don't eat big meals, you can 5 small meals a day, no snacking in between those. that adds up to 3 regular size meals.
there's more but I can't think of it.

The Cheetah Diet.
...and you won't need a cloner for extinct food sources!
READY? Ok.
First, get your safari gear... check?
Second, find a comfy yet inconspicuous spot in the brush.
Got your binoculars?... Be ready!
See one yet?! Ooh wait. Yea just over there. Drop everything!
RUN! GO NOW!
{If you can catch one, you've earned your meal. Bon appe'tite
Fast f*****s aren't they? }

I bet diet schemes don't taste as good as the full flavored ones.
Especially when you have a sweet tooth.

Eat This Not That is pretty cool, if your just going for health, not weight loss. South Beach is ok too, it breaks your habits in the beginning.
