i'm thinking seriously about starting the Paleolithic diet.....has anyone here tried it.? Have you got your own diet stories to share?It's more about health than weight loss.......

well, it is about health. cut out the sweets and junk food, eat three meals a day, no snacking in between and start fasting after seven o'clock/dinner.

also the 7 grain breads are better to eat than regular bread.

lots and lots of exercise. Try to do some exercise every day.

also, if you don't eat big meals, you can 5 small meals a day, no snacking in between those. that adds up to 3 regular size meals.

there's more but I can't think of it.

The Cheetah Diet. :idea:
...and you won't need a cloner for extinct food sources!

READY? Ok.
First, get your safari gear... check?
Second, find a comfy yet inconspicuous spot in the brush.
Got your binoculars?... Be ready!

See one yet?! Ooh wait. Yea just over there. Drop everything!
RUN! GO NOW!

{If you can catch one, you've earned your meal. Bon appe'tite :D
Fast f*****s aren't they? :lol: }

I bet diet schemes don't taste as good as the full flavored ones. :wink:

Especially when you have a sweet tooth. :D

Eat This Not That is pretty cool, if your just going for health, not weight loss. South Beach is ok too, it breaks your habits in the beginning.
