I actually watched the Washington celebration on TV
it was so great to have the Jerry Lee Lewis, he is such an icon in Rock and Roll, I also love the Marine Band, they did an excellent job.
There was another band I wanted to see but missed it.
I just got the tail end of the show. I did see the fireworks and I like that
the host thanked the Big Guy Up There, for clearer skys for the works.

you are soooooo lucky, i LOVE fireworks...i read the most moving book i've read in ages.....James Brown, LA Diaries....exquisitely tragic.....

My family and neighbors came over. We had a cookout, then we lit all the fireworks. It was very fun!

Went to the beach with my children , my mother and her friends ... left my b/f behind so that I could enjoy the scenery - :D

It was alright .

I was in Spain then!

I had a brilliant time!

But I'm sure all you my american friends did have a great 4th July if you all did have parties
