Wild, windy West...

Postby Canadian Jayne » Thu May 01, 2008 4:56 pm

Everyone warned me about the windy weather I'd experience out West here. For the first few days it wasn't bad, but I notice the wind starts to strike up in the afternoon. Morning walks are the best.
It's amazing how big the wide open spaces are, I think of the song..
"I Can see for miles and miles and miles" Fluffy who wrote that one?

 ..............oops, i shouldn't have eaten those onions.... ......
lol.....but the wild tempesteous wind blows the cobwebs away and keeps things fresh and clean when you breathe........dull stale air smothers........

lol.........the song is by Uk mod rockers 'the Who'..........

I know you've deceived me, now here's a surprise
I know that you have 'cause there's magic in my eyes

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles
Oh yeah

If you think that I don't know about the little tricks you've played
And never see you when deliberately you put things in my way

Well, here's a poke at you
You're gonna choke on it too
You're gonna lose that smile
Beacuse all the while

I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles
Oh yeah

You took advantage of my trust in you when I was so far away
I saw you holding lots of other guys and now you've got the nerve to say

That you still want me
Well, that's as may be
But you gotta stand trial
Because all the while

I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles
Oh yeah

I know you've deceived me, now here's a surprise
I know that you have 'cause there's magic in my eyes

I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles
Oh yeah

The Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal are mine to see on clear days
You thought that I would need a crystal ball to see right through the haze

Well, here's a poke at you
You're gonna choke on it too
You're gonna lose that smile
Beacuse all the while

I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles and miles and miles and miles
And miles and miles and miles and miles

I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles
I can see for miles and miles

?????????

We all have wind at one time or another.
I looked up those carbon people filters, kinda neat idea, my cousin and I were trying to figure out how to make them( sew), spare the expense.
We are a very creative pair.

Burnt matches......

Postby Canadian Jayne » Mon May 05, 2008 6:58 pm

Wowww,a wow wow...
all I remember is a blankey and running away on my teeny tiny legs as fast as I could when I'd hear big booming voices.
I was told that my greandpa use to eat burnt toast.
