:P I always go to a friend who celebrates her birthday and halloween at the same day.
It's always fun.
We do trick or treath and stuff.
Last year I went as Toet from flodder, but you won't know her.
(the picture says 2003 because that was the first time I wore my costume and I only have pictures from then :P)

that's me

Halloween all week...
so BB,C,J and I started with Kareoke, we had some great pics.
BB & J went as Dracula and Draculai.
The Kareoke Lady went with the same theme, same with my hubby.
But of course I had to be different, I tried for Marilyn even though
I don't have the frontal endowment, or the great legs or voice, but I tried.
I renditioned the song "Sentimental Journey" with Marilyn, I was told it went well. When I was researching her, I learned so much, she really had a tough life, such an amazing person.
I watched several of her movies.
In one, the one about the guy who's married, where she wears the white dress in NY and the burst of airn blows here dress up.
I realized Jim must have watched this movie B4 because some of the faces so matched Jim's faces that he does.
Then I had to watch "some Like it Hot", that is soooooooooo funny, I really liked the "Type O" referral.
when I saw that movie I realized I could NEVER, match up and imitate Marilyn, she was amazing.
But I did my best. I even bought the same kind of checkered pants(second hand, almost the same era, zipped up the from instead of back or side though, I love pants that zip up the side, why don't they make them anymore?) But still more Halloween fun yet to come.

On that same day I walked to the store and my dog got raned over by a car - my daughter beggan crying and my dog all received was cuts and bruises due to his size . One year my mom dressed me as Snow White and she wore a bigger version of the same costume and we confused most of the people whose houses we went to...then I wore an old man's mask and wore a trash can on my head, everyone at Rick and Deb's coffee shop doubled over laughing. . . and that's when I knew I was destined for a life as the class clown.

I picked it up, gave it smooch behind its ear, and was wishing it a 'Happy Halloween' when a grievously gravelly voice from the darkness behind me insisted I put the cat down...

So I did. And the 'Angel of Death' and I went about our spooky way.
 :D
