Sometimes I wonder if I'm the only girl who hasn't been on a date- EVER
or even has a boyfriend. Most of my friends have boyfriends.
I'm always happy to love Jim, but just curious...does anyone here feel
the same way I do?
Am I the only one? Just wondering...

I do! I have had a boyfriend before....sorta. I liked him, he liked me, we hung out alot. We skateboarded and played around on our scooters and when I moved back to Nebraska he cried and he was there to say goodbye, right up to the last second! He and I used to ride our skateboards back and forth underneath the U-Haul! I'm just waiting for the right guy to come along, or maybe him again! But the guys here are just gross and annoying! You'll know when you see him if he's the right guy. I can't wait until that day!

I do and i never have any bf. Somebody to luv me(Jim)
I've never had a boyfriend, and I don't plan on getting one. I did have this one guy friend, and I liked just being friends. But he moved, and I haven't talked to him since.

i totally know where you're coming from. i just ended up breaking up with my first boyfriend, that i've been dating for a long time....now i'm back to being the girl in the group that doesn't have a boyfriend...then again, i think it might be the group of girls i hang out with, cuz none of them have a boyfriend either... don't worry about it though, cuz you'll get there, and when you do, you'll be ready.
nope...never had a boyfriend and i don't tend on to b/c i don't play that team. Mia, i know where ur coming from, i've been going through the same thing for most of my life. i'll have friends with girls but they have boyfriends so i can't do anything. Not to mention that I have never been on a date before, sure i'll hang out with one of my girl-firends but nothing that would be consider a date.

Ladies enjoy your freedom while you can...Go out and do....
I was proposed to when I was 16 yrs old, I replied back, it was by mail. "No!, I'm too young to die" Enjoy being with your GF and hanging out, going places, most men are Gross and Annoying, but the fact is they very rarely change even with age, sometimes they get worse, so you have to accept them the way they are, and delaying being around grossness until you can tolerate it is the best thing. Get a hobby, sport, develope talents in art, music, etc... enjoy this beautiful world hiking with good friends, skating (like Jim), skiing, going on JCO, so much to do before BF, so much more to dooo. Feed the birds, or even better. Be fancy free for awhile, imagine yourself a bird viewing the whole world and seeing the big picture of the amazing fantasitc world around you that many of us have yet to see.
i too was a late bloomer, didnt have dates
inhs, mikes the 1st and only guy who loves me as much as he does, and i just jumped into the marriage because of that, now i regret it, even though we lived together for 8 yrs be4 getting married, now i wish i hadnt! in other words, i just jumped at the first one who came along. i didnt know i was going to fall madly in love with Jim Carrey!
I'm single at the moment too... Which annoys my mother more than it annoys myself actually. But can't you be happy on your own too?! Do you have to try and find love somewhere as soon as possible just because that's sorta what society demands from you? What happened to some good ol' destiny to it, rather than just panicking and going to a night club or something just because you should try and find someone.
Loving a celebrity isn't the same thing I think, that would be waiting for the impossible. I love Jim really, but I'm happy for him & Jenny; I hope that will be the relationship that lasts a lifetime for him. I believe there's someone out there for all of us, but I think you should let it take the time you want it to take yourself to find that special someone. Rushing into things usually doesn't end good. To say it short; follow your heart whatever it tells you; then you won't have any regrets later on 'cause you just did what others wanted you to do. ~ "Compassion is the currency that leads to true wealth"~ / Jim Carrey
You are both very young, and I'm sure you've heard it time and time again but boyfriends and dating should not be somthing you worry about. In the right time, the right boy will find YOU. And you'll just know. You'l'l date him for a little bit and see if he's really the person you want to be with for the rest of your life, and then make a decision based on that. But untill you're ready to start looking for a husband, there's no real reason to date, you're just setting yourself up for heartbreak . . . but if you think the momentary fun is worth the agonising effects of lost love then go for it . . . it's up to you. Just be smart.
I agree with you completely Jimenem; very wise words!
You can also have A LOT of fun being single by the way; more freedom that way! Myself I'm just sooo happy 'cause I've finally managed to pass all my exams so I've finally graduated!! WOOHOO!! You should've heard my mom's scream of joy!! Now that's something you don't hear every day!!! ~ "Compassion is the currency that leads to true wealth"~ / Jim Carrey
