It turned out REALLY good. Brisket is usually tough meat. I marinated it in garlic and herbs, then put it in a covered baking dish with 1/2 can Coke and let it bake at 325 for a few hours. I used a little meat tenderizer on it, too. "When in doubt, tell the truth."
