I've done well today. Yogurt for breakfast, salad for lunch.

I stayed over at my Grandma's the other night and she has booby trapped the entire apartment with chocolate and other things I love.

I happen to like smoothies, fruit and soy milk (some ice for slushy texture) Great protein drink and excellent for breakfast! But for lunch.... well I'm a kid at heart and love PBJFBs (grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich, prepared like grilled cheese sandwiches)

I'm living by myself...this alone will help me drop 20 lbs or so.

Which my grandma will hate...because when I was in Maryland and they came for Dad's funeral she says, "You were so skinny. Don't do that again."

She also has a habit of saying things like, "Your butt looks big in those pants...hey, go eat that piece of chocolate cake in the kitchen, willya?"?

I'm just trying to exercise and eat things that are healthy.

I'm nearly 36 now....but SOME miracle, I have a face that doesn't look 36, but I know now that I'm older I'm going to have to start watching.

Well, thanks girls for the suggestions ... I ended up having Japanese food... california rolls with mango... mmmm... I love them!

For dinner I had chicken quesadilla and yogurt for dessert.

Hey Cotton we could have our boat JCO in the Charles for the 4th of July... who knows... we might even end up with a special guest!!!

Hey Michele where do you live? ... and this is for you while you don't come...
