keep warm, lots of fluids,.......mild painkillers and chicken soup......
i swear by gargling with soluble asprin for a sore throat.
We're starting a swine flu vaccination programme here......what do folk think about that jab?.........i refused my seasonal flu jab but i'm a little concerned about the swine flu one........has anyone had swine flu?......Is it really scary?.......does Tamiflu work?............
i REALLY want to refuse the jab but i need all the info first.........
i appreciate all your thoughts on the matter

Surprisingly, I haven't gotten sick yet. Although I sometimes get sick about a week after everyone else gets over their sickness.

i've decided NOT to take the swine flu vaccination......i checked out the generation Rescue info and have made the decision not to, based on the fact i had a bad vaccine injury aged 7, (the tetanus jab)which took ages to overcome and might make me more susceptible to vaccine injuries.....
i'd rather take my chances and Tamiflu than risk the jab.
I've refused all vaccinations since i was a teenager and i've been ok, i guess the media hysteria over swine flu made me doubt my own convictions for a moment.......
But i'm a specific case folks....everyone is different so you might be ok.....

Well some of my friends had have the swine flu and they are ok right now, they took Tamiflu, they spent a week in bed trying to breath, and now they are back to university as always...but anyway! it's truth that vaccinations can save your life too, and if you have some healthy problem I think is better to take the swine flu's vaccination before risk your life

Yes! But I'm ALLLLLLLWAYS sick this time of year. Though, it's never enough to get me out of school. I wonder if it's alergies? I could say I'm allergic to the cold weather! It's against my religion

Feeling much better, but overdid it on Friday
Biking in the rain, so took it easy on the weekend
Still tired so I'm going to sleep when I need to.
Keep gargling etc.
Yupper lotsn, lots of chicken soup
Good for the soul!
Have to be up and ready for Halloween!
Of course I wear the warmer around the kneck still.
I have a concern with the egg base for vaccines,
I can't stomach eggs so I rarely get vaccine unless
I am truly convinced i need it.
I'm always the first to get sick b4 everyone and then
when everyone is sitck I feel great.
Ironic isn't it.
