March 28th is EARTH HOUR, which means at 8:30 pm, Mother Nature is asking you to shut off your lights for 1 hour World Wide.
I don't know how this works for the time changes though.

I think I was dissapointed last year because I was expecting my gov. to make everyone(business included) to turn off their lights. I know I got mad at my x, cause he didn't care. But it's only for like ten minutes right?

LED Christmas Lights on instead,
it's only for an hour or so but at least if we all try and do what we can.
