Here is where you discuss everything under the sun, just keep it clean.

I woke up this morning to go for a walk and lo and behold.....
Believe it or NOT,
there's a gas leak in town, of course,
unbeknownst to me I headed straight for it wondering why so much
traffic was going down a side street, came pretty close and a guy was
on the corner and I asked what was going on,
"Gas leak, listen you can hear it" sure enough
it sounds like steam coming out of a pipe, can't see it though,
thankfully no flames,
Same thing happened when I lived in Malton many years ago only they
have megaflames and couldn't find the gas shut offs,
hopefully this town knows where the shut offs are, I think every town
should have that info readily available.
Anyway believe or not that is what is going on today in our tiny town.

Whew, think I'll go for a walk though and
get some hopefully fresher air, depends on where
the wind is blowing though.

could just hear it unless the guy who advised me was just joshing me.
Anyway all is back to normal, I think they found it pretty quick,
traffic was moving along again within an hour or so after I emailed.

Anyway another strange but not unusual think,
it is already snowing up here in Canada land.
Little specks of white stuff, have to fish out the winter woolies,
Autumn is almost gone.
I wonder if we are going to have snow for Halloween.
Usually it rains, snow doesn't usually start this soon.

Wish it would snow over here in England more, it very rarely snows and if it does it is less than a centimetre thick.
Glad to hear things are going back to normal after the gas leak.

Wish I could go to scotland, I have never been. It would be fantastic to do all those things in the snow. I have never even made a snowman in my life before, I have always wanted to. I might be going to Scotland with one of my friends in the summer, but it won't be like that now. Wish it would!!!

ate my lunch at the park; while I scared(by accident) they didn't realize I was close by and I startled them, the Canada Geese,
that are back or maybe they never left, just hid somewhere else.
I love to watch them fly.

Just like on th Wizard of OZ and the munchins wave goodbye to the
wizard. My kids think I'm crazy when I do this, but to me it's kinda funny.
