Cold season is upon us and some have said Jim looks tired, may be fighting a cold etc., looking at Jay Leno tells me he HAS a cold or something worse, watch out Jay, could turn into something worse. I just read the book "It's not easy being Green" about Jim Henson (pretty good book, easy read) he got sick pretty quick too. So other than going to the Doctor as one should do if it continues for several days. But like most people(men especially) who don't like to go to the doctor but want to try something before they go..... Rememeber these are only suggestions...you have the right to choose...these are only Ideas!
1) Sleep when tired. 2) Put a wool sock around you're throat & drink lotsnlots a lemon & hot water(mixed togeter). LOTS!
please continue to #23.......any ideas
OK. thank you for info Canadian Jayne

only problem is people don't want to be around a Vicksy person.
Kida strong for those around so I put it on B4 bed.
Sometimes eating Chili, I strike it up to the spices, clears sinuses
incredibly only thing is the effects of the beans can also cause
antit-social behavior from friends.

What you think about dress? More plan dress or one/two "stout" jumpers?

I wear a longer coat and/or leotards. High boots. Bring my shoes in my
pack or purse. Most people change into shoes once you get to your inside destination, keeps floors cleaner. In Canada most people here take their shoes off at the door at peoples home (not mall ) I don't know if people do that in the US too?
