Yeah it's up to congress to decide whether or not to listen to the president...but still she has more of an advantage than us regular folks.

I'm saying Lammy, the Pres doesn't make law. At least, NOT according to our Constitution. Changing or amending the way things get done, is done in Congress: the House & Senate sound familiar. The President can really do nothing more for Jenny at this point but to say... Tuff titties lady, talk to your Congressman.

Not sure it needs to be done so early, if the child is going to be in daycare and exposed to other children that may be an option but if
possible If they are at home and not around children that often besides some mothers still breast feed beyond 1 yr would that child not have the same antibodies as the mother for protection?
