Is there a shot you really like in Jim's movies, not a scene, just a shot, you know 1 or 2 seconds...

I'd like to know...

Andrea

I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not. I don't think it's really a scene because it is only about one or two seconds long but my favorite shot from Jim's movies would have to be in The Truman Show when he's on his sailboat after the storm near the end of the movie, there is this shot right after the sun comes back out after the storm and they show Jim sitting in his sailboat and looking up at the sun and closing his eyes and then looking back out across the water. (sighs) It's only on for like two or three seconds but every time it comes on it takes my breath away. He looks just so gorgeous there with that dark turtleneck sweater and his hair slightly wet and messed up. I always pause it on my DVD to stare at it because it's so quick. That would have to be my favorite shot.

Melanie

Edited by: mrsjec17 at: 4/8/03 6:58:53 pm

Hihi, I like that one too!

A shot that I really like in The Truman Show is the annoyed look Truman gives to Meryl when she tells him that his mom's gonna be worried sick... I LOVE his expression... Ever noticed that?

Andrea

I have a fav shot in every Jim's flicks but my ultimate fav is in MOTM when George asks 'Andy, look me in the eyes and tell me this is true.' and then Andy gives that sad look in tears.......ouf! That's something!

Andrea
