Hmm, that's hard to tell. I have two favorites. The first one, because it's romantic and is in the style of the 50's. The last one, because Jim really looks majestic and because it shows the awkward situation of Pete.

You're all gonna hate me... (especially Mon), but I absolutely LOVE the very first PROMO poster that ever came out. I've even got it framed and hanging on my wall. The 3rd one that's been posted in this forum lineup here. Why? Because it's in the style of art of posters from the classic flicks of the 1940s. It's darker, it's painted, and Jim's face is RIGHT THERE on the poster. You can't miss it. And I think it captures the drama of the film's essence. And me, being college trained in commercial art and art history(pats self on back) *could* launch into a lecture on the techniques used in the thing... but I won't... because I'd all bore you to death. But, I can have my own personal gratification of the work that went into makin' the thing.

Many people hate the poster to hell, but I find I think it's the road less traveled, and I choose to take that one. I don't know, there's just something about it... Something that makes me sigh, reminissing about a great film that runs my emotional rollercoaster up and down. My hat's off to whoever designed it. It brought out the romantic in me and made me turn on AMC...

Carrey ON!
BCDavis
<table style=="filter:glow(color=green, strength=7);font-family:arial;font-weight: BOLD;font-size:'10pt'" allign=center>

"Funny the things you remember, not so funny the things you forget..."

I agree BC, it's also very colorful and it draws my attention more, the other ones dont really focus on what the story is about. I also like the 3rd one, but I didnt want to say. at least until I knew someone agreed.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~
J.T. I like the first and the last posters. They're both aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. Buuuuuut... I despise the third!! I'm sorry **shields herself from BC and JT's punching**

The second one looks pretty good but the dark shadows around Jim's eyes kinda throws it off a bit.

*T.a.K.e K.a.R.e N.o.W -|- B.u.H ~ B.y.e T.H.e.N*
