can people please post some more im unable to view the pics big.. i cant see!! lol. Jim please get a hair cut man!... sorry i dont mind the long hair look but its getting too long.. it also looks darker than usual does anyone agree??? :oops:

I agree :P It's really a bit too long, just a bit shorter would be great! :D
