When I excercise.. have fun.....eg...
bike ride, dancing, swimming, somehow I feel better, it's when I don't
do those things, perhaps all to do with a chemical balance.
Too bad we can't have a test when we are feeling really good and find out what a good chemical balance is, then try and immitate that balance when we need to instead of a constant taking of medication, just take it when we
really need it.

It is true, we all do have our ups and downs, its how different people cope in them that makes the difference. I think it would be a good alternative to be able to find out our positive chemical balance as we could replace it when we really need it if we knew what it was.
if you contact, i'll hunt you down and gut you like a fish, if you want to fax me press the * key"

that is a fantastic idea. i have been a runner since age 16, and i think that's what kept me off medication for years.....it's the best (for me at least): it clears your head, and the pain from nearly collapsing takes your mind off whatever was bothering you.
