06 Apr 1997 According to Reuters/Variety, there’s a new villain to replace Dennis Hopper in the role of the TV executive, that controls Carrey’s life in "The Truman Show". The part will be held by Ed Harris ("Absolute Power", "The Rock") and the shooting of Harris’ scenes are scheduled to take only about 10 days.
