Top 40 comedy movies

Yet again on British television we've had another Top 40 list. Votes from an exclusive poll of Five viewers and readers of The Times newspaper. However on the plus side it was 'Greatest Ever Comedy Movies', this time on Channel 5.
Jim Carrey did himself proud with 2 movies in the list. "Ace Ventura: Pet Detective" came in at a respectable number 37 and "Dumb and Dumber" at number 13.

Topping the list however was "The Life of Brian", immortalised by one of the greatest lines in movie history. "He's not the messiah, he's a very naughty boy"!
