Jim Carrey Team Up for Intimate Socially Distant Standup Show

Good surprises are always the best! Especially if you truly have no idea they are coming. A group of about 100 people in Ohio, respecting the social distance rule and in an outdoor event, got to see comedians Dave Chappella and friend Chris Rock in their ongoing summer series: "Dave Chappelle & Friends: A Talk with Punchline" in the weekend.
What people didn't know was that at the end, Jim Carrey showed up on a FaceTime to talk to the comedians and happy crowd. What a treat!
According to Chris Rock:
"Jim closed the show. So I went to Ohio and did a Covid tested show with Dave and Jim Carrey on FaceTime. Crazy year indeed. Jim closed the show. It's been a horrible year but this was definitely a bright spot."
