Best of 2018: Dark Crimes

Some movies need a long to bloom. Jim Carrey is one of those great actors who is capable of playing any kind of character and any genre. "The Number 23" was the first thriller Jim Carrey did but wasn't his last.
This year we were able to see him tap down on a new thriller called "Dark Crimes". The movie is about:
"A murder investigation of a slain businessman turns to clues found in an author's book about an eerily similar crime. Based on the 2008 article "True Crimes - A Postmodern Murder Mystery".
Jim Carrey played "Tadek" the detective encharge of the investigations.
It took two year for us to see the movie in theaters but in 2018 we were finally able to see it and keep it since a short time later it came out on DVD and Blu-ray.
Jim Carrey's emotions in this movie are touchable through the screen. We hope next year to see more of it.
