Billy in 4C Returns for "Dumb & Dumber To"

Remember in one of the classic moments from "Dumb & Dumber" where that little blind kid named Billy from 4C petting the headless bird Petey? Just announced by the Farrelly Brothers on Twitter, actor Brady Bluhm will reprise the role of Billy for the upcoming sequel "Dumb & Dumber 2".
"It's official!" the brothers posted to Twitter. "Billy in 4C (I just thought he was really quiet) is returning in #DumbTo! Played again by the highly underrated Brady Bluhm."
Since the original, Bluhm later voiced Christopher Robin for a series of DTV Winnie the Pooh films for Disney. He recently co-created, edited, and starred in a film called "The Last Man(s) on Earth".
This news came a day after Kathleen Turner (Peggy Sue Got Married) is set to star in the sequel opening Summer 2014. It's now known she'll star as Fraida Feltcher the "babe who worked for the tractor company" that both Harry and Lloyd once courted.
