Jim Carrey proves he's still the 'People's Favorite'

What a start to the year!
Proving that he's still a heavyweight in the comedy ring, Jim Carrey took home the 2010 People's Choice Award for 'Favorite Comedic Star'. Beating off hot competion from Adam Sandler, Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn and Ryan Reynolds for the award at the star studded ceremony, honouring the favorites from film, television and music over the past year.
An astonishing total of 60 million votes were cast and the result show broadcast on CBS.
