Opening- $25 million
Total- $150 million

I think it will be kind of like Lemony Snicket in the way that it will do really good on DVD...

I hope it might still do well around Christmas since it was made about it though I doubt it will do well in most 3D cinemas because of James Cameron's Avatar!

I wonder if Disney might plan a limited rerelease just in time for Oscar season?

Fifth weekend with $7.2 million in North America.

First place in Italy with $4 million from 400 sites. "Disney's A Christmas Carol" grossed this $16.9 million from 5,400 screens in 46 countries.

USA - $115.0 million
Foreign - $118.2 million
Total - $233.2 million

There is still a very long way for the movie to get profit to Disney. With the big budget ($200 million) and the marketing budget (around $150 million) and the Train Tour event across the country.
