lose weight for this film ? I haven't had the fortune to watch it yet but eventually will . The pictures show him skiny , did he lose weight for it ?

no he didn't have to. i think he just chose to. his body's a temple now.

No wheat no dairy no sugar and no alcohol

Most foods have dairy or wheat in them so I guess you be eating nothing but veggies and meat lol

Last month you know what caught my attention ... pepper ; green and

red. But not the spicy one the normal ones . When they are soft ... wow

they taste really good .

Yeah, my mom's on the whole no sugar thing right now. So far, that's all we've been doin, and it's lookin like it works!
