I will pretend to be a famous person you have to figure out who I am. Then when somebody guesses the right answer I will announce it and that person will get to have a turn pretending to be a famous person. Ready?

I am a actor. I was born July 3rd 1962 in NY. My first big break came in 1983 when I played a character named Joel Goodsen. I was one of the highest paid actors in 1990. Which is also the same year I married my 2nd wife. Who am I?
