recommend a movie, help?

Post by *lion girl* »

I have seen these movies:
Ace Ventura pet detective
Ace Ventura when nature calls
The Cableguy
The Trouman show
Liar Liar
Brouse Allmigthy
Enternal Sunshine
The Grinch
Man on the Moon
The Mask
Dumb and Dumber
The Majestic

And now I would like to buy another good movie of Jim, but I don't know which movie. Anyone who can recomend a good movie I can buy (whitout one from the list)?

Yeah, have you seen Lemony Snicket's: A series of unfortunate events?
It's not in your list and you should see it, the bonus features on the dvd are great! Tons of improvisations by Jim and cool outtakes too.
Your list is also missing "Me, Myself and Irene"!!! Hey, just run and buy it! This is really funny!
And if you're a real fan, you could also rent "In living colors" dvds... Jim did some extraordinary sketches (I LOVE Vera de Milo).

Some of his older movies also deserve to be watched, like High Strung or Earth girls are easy (if you can find them!).

Take care now bye bye then

"Brouse" Almighty???

Post by Canadian Jayne »

Hm I think it is "Bruce Almighty"
Talking about "Bruce" did you know in Canada they have
the equivalent of "Paul Bunyan" but his name is
"Big Booted Bruce" he was from the Bruce Penninsula area, a great big lumberjack he was.
Anyway they have his "Big Boot " on display at the new museam in Port Eigin, Ontario, I went to the museam on the weekend and the highlight was seeing Bruce's Boot, but I thoroughly enjoyed the rest of the historical and ancient memorbalia also.

i know this may get into a big argument but one of my favorites is earth girls are easy. it has the corny 80's style to it but not as corny as Jim Carrey's copper mountain. its funny in a way as you can just sit back and have a good laugh and how stupid it seems but at the same time its funny.
